[2285] " My grandmother, Violet Blevins Turner, married Leo DishmanTurner (1911) on Jan 24 1931. They have five children: Leo (CarolCampbell), Ginny (Jack) Hampton, Shirley (Vearl) Hileman, Carol (Jack)Wright, and Don (Janice McReynolds).

All of Violet and Leo's children except Ginny have been residentsof Russell Co. VA at one time; with Carol Wright (my mother) being theonly county resident presently. Shirley Hileman is a resident ofneighboring Wise Co. VA, while Leo, Don, and Ginny are residents ofIN, IL, and Erwin,TN, respectively.

Violet and Leo have lived in the Dante, Hamlin, and Morefieldareasat various times, as well as, in St. Paul. They lived on HoneyBranch for 20 years; in Erwin, TN for 10; and have lived in Bristol,VA since 1978.

They have 13 grandchildren, one deeceased, and 13great-grandchildren, one deceased, with 4 grandchildren and 5great-grandchildren now living in Russell Co. VA."
